PlatformCollaborative
The Booking Portal is a separate web application your senders sign into to create and manage their own orders. It carries your branding, shows the fields you choose, and offers only slots your fleet can genuinely serve.
01/Why it matters
A sender who cannot book for themselves sends a mail or picks up the phone, and somebody on your side enters it. That is a delay, a transcription error and a support cost on every single order — and it scales exactly as badly as it sounds.
Entered once, by the person who knows the detail, into the fields you decided were needed.
Availability comes from hubs that match the task, so a booked slot is one the operation can keep.
White-labelled down to the favicon and reachable on your own domain, so the sender never leaves your brand.
Sign-in uses the methods you already run, and users come from Urbantz rather than registering themselves.
02/Features
Configured per platform from the Control Tower, and applied without redeploying anything.
Main colour, logo, login image, company name, contact details, favicon and footer links.
Email and password, your own SSO, or Google. The same options the Control Tower offers.
Choose which fields appear and which may be edited; the rest are pre-filled from the sender's default task.
A calendar to browse, or a list of the next available windows — whichever suits the way your senders book.
A standing order repeats itself, and blocked dates keep it off the days the sender is closed.
A user with access to more than one sender switches between them without signing out.
Date, window, status, reference and a direct link to the recipient's tracking page for each one.
Pick from the item types defined on your platform, or let a default item stand in where that detail is noise.
03/In context
Delivered as the Booking Portal, on booking.urbantz.com or a domain of your own. Cancelling an order before its cutoff and browsing past orders arrive this quarter.
Tell us what your senders send you today, and we will show you the wizard that would replace it.
